About: Looe is a small coastal resort in the south-east Cornwall, with a population of 5,280 (2001 census). It is divided in two by the River Looe and East Looe and West Looe are connected by a bridge. The town is approximately 20 miles west of the city of Plymouth and seven miles south of Liskeard
