About: Just as the sun is about to drop the beach takes on a glow and the wet sand seems to shimmer. Watergate Bay is just one of the gorgeous beaches along this stretch of the coastline, Porth, Mawgan Porth, Bedruthan, Porthcothan, Whipsiddery etc. and all the town beaches at Newquay make this area a tourist mecca.
