The clock tower in the centre of St Teath is a memorial to the dead of the village in the wars. It was unveiled on December 18, 1920 by Mrs J C Williams of Caerhays and the stone was from a local quarry and given by Mr A Beer. The slate for the roof was given by the Old Delabole Slate Company
