The village of Lanlivery is situated about one and half miles west of Lostwithiel and five miles south of Bodmin. As this sign shows it is also near to Lostwithiel, St blazey, Fowey and St Austell. this ancient village is also on the Saints Way which is the Cornwall's mid-distance footpath that runs across the heart of the region. It is based upon the old trade routes and the path covers the complete spectrum of Cornish Landscapes, from harbours and ports, rugged cliff top coastal paths, onto inland tors and uplands and it passes by the white peaks and dams of the unique China Clay Country!
