The first time we looked for Lanterdan Quarry with its famous pinnacle of rock we walked from Tintagel in very changeable weather conditions. With the threat of a downpour we turned back and did not make our destination. On the occassion that these photographs were taken we went from the Trebarwith end and quickly realised that we only had a very short distance to go on our first journey.
