On the small harbour beach at Coverack on the Lizard Peninsula enjoying the view of the boats. There are two beaches at Coverack, Mill Beach in the village although the mill has now disappeared and Mears beach to the west of Chynalls Point and its iron age fort. At low tide the beaches are sandy with rock pools and Coverack once the haunt of smugglers is now the place for windsurfing, crabbing, diving and pleasure fishing.
