The parish church of St Mary Magdalene at Launceston in was built before the Reformation in 1511 by Henry Trecarrell. With its intricate carved granite exterior this magnificent church is deemed to be one of the finest churches in Britain. The church is open daily from 9am to 4pm for visitors and n Sundays it is open during service times.
