Trebarwith Strand is such a picturesque spot that in recent years the beach has been the backdrop for several film and television productions. An episode of Saving Grace in 2000), and Oscar and Lucinda in 1997 both had scenes filmed here. Trebarwith substituted for Shakespeare’s coast of Illyria in the 1996 production of Twelfth Night.
