From Wadebridge the Camel Trail heads south east to Polmoria and turns right at the Burlawn crossroads heading towards St. Breock Downs. Vehicles apart from cycles are banned from the track, which is also used by walkers, joggers and birdwatchers. There is a bird hide half way between Padstow and Wadebridge
