About: These rocks and the many strewn about Carn Galver Hill are reported to be the work of a friendly giant who looked after the nearby villages. The trek to the summit of Carn Galver is not too difficult and the views are well worth it.

About: One of the two engine houses at Carn Galver mine. The adit for these mines is at 70 fathoms with the depth of the shaft recorded as being 130 fathoms. By all accounts Carn Galver Mine was not very successful and was reportedly a very wet mine.
