About: It was rather dark when taking this shot which resulted in the photographer ending up ankle deep in the river. Whilst there it was decided to at least take a photograph.

About: Through the use of long exposures it is possible to return light to a scene long since dark. This shot was taken over an hour after sunset and the photographer was the only person on the whole beach.

On the Dunes

About: The dunes that back Holywell Bay make a good photograph but they are difficult to walk up as your legs sink into the ground. On the day that this photograph was taken a group of very fit runners jogged around the sinkiest part of the dunes.

Carters or Gull Rocks
