About: This swan was photographed a very short distance from the Wilcove Inn. The young cygnets came out of the water onto the bank but the parent swans stayed in the water and kept a very close eye on the photographer.

Early Evening Autumn Colours

About: The early evening colours at Stithians are especially attractive in the Autumn. Stithians Dam was completed in 1964 and it created a 270 acre reservoir which supplies water to a large part of the west of Cornwall.
